Shipping & Return Policy

 

PRICING POLICY:
The Public Zoo reserves the right to change prices at any time. Purchase prices are final at the date of purchase.

SHIPPING METHODS WITHIN THE USA:
We use UPS to ship orders. Packages shipped using UPS are trackable and insured. If your parcel is not delivered as promised, we can issue a replacement or refund to you. Unfortunately, UPS does not service P.O. Box or APO addresses. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, call our Customer service at 213-291-7932. Customer must call within 24 hours of the order to cancel to order. If the order has been shipped, the order can not be cancelled.

RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with your apparel purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS of receipt for a full refund. Due to the limited availability of our apparel, exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis, please contact our Customer service at 213-291-7932 prior to sending your return. Please follow the instructions below to make a return. Please note that all apparel purchases on sale items are final

DEFECTIVE SOFT GOODS POLICY:
Any bag or piece of apparel suffering from a manufacturing defect may be returned or exchanged within six (6) months of the date of purchase. "Defects" are mistakes in the manufacturing process and do not include damage from normal wear and tear or negligent usage. The Public Zoo will determine the validity of manufacturing defect returns on a case-by-case basis.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
Contact The Public Zoo by telephone at 213-291-7932 within FOURTEEN (14) days from the date of receipt. Let us know what the problem is, and we’ll give you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN). Follow the return instructions provided by our Web Sales staff, use suitable packing materials (please send it back in a shipping box for safety!), and make sure to write your RAN on the outside of your box. Our returns department will refuse orders that are returned without an RAN. Once the return is received you will be contacted via email. It’s that simple.
